# Theme 5 · Robin's personal research (vendor deep reads + sales ammunition + CRM)
This is the synthesis page for **Robin 个人研究项目** — the durable body of work Robin builds on the 4-vendor product line: vendor-paper deep reads, vendor whitepaper deep reads, sales ammunition (pricing + protocols + app notes), the China distributor map, the active CRM profile set, and the weekly work-rhythm snapshot. ## Literature deep-read (LDR) pipeline
The 4-27 SOP (referenced from `/sources/ldr-report-template.md` and `/sources/2026-07-27-4-27-sop-vs-implementation.md`) is the canonical research workflow Robin uses to convert a vendor-paper PDF into a publishable, indexed, cross-system deep read.

The state diagram shows the canonical LDR pipeline: PDF → images → report → SeaFile → Wiki.js → NocoDB → commit. Two known operational degradations are called out: the Ollama visual-review step falls back to human review since 2026-07-17 (see [`/themes/04-local-llm.md`](/themes/04-local-llm.md)), and the Cellink library `已精读` SingleSelect is a NocoDB bug that blocks PATCH (workaround documented in the SOP-vs-implementation file).

Currently routes as adjacent cross-sell into `01` and `02`. Consider promoting to `themes/06-femtobiomed.md` if vendor-channel evidence accrues.
- **Hodge / Lee / Parate synthesis** — 3 adjacent deep reads added 2026-07-28 are not yet synthesized to `/sources/`. Run LDR Step 8 (NocoDB PATCH + Wiki.js publish + OpenWiki commit) when ready.
- **Work-rhythm snapshot connector** — currently a one-shot `find -mtime` shell command (see `/sources/vault-mtime-snapshot-2026-07-16.md` header). Promote to a weekly cron + auto-write to `/sources/vault-mtime-snapshot-weekly.md` so the work-rhythm signal is durable, not single-snapshot.
