The state diagram shows the canonical LDR pipeline: PDF → images → report → SeaFile → Wiki.js → NocoDB → commit. Two known operational degradations are called out: the Ollama visual-review step falls back to human review since 2026-07-17 (see /themes/04-local-llm.md), and the Cellink library 已精读 SingleSelect is a NocoDB bug that blocks PATCH (workaround documented in the SOP-vs-implementation file).
