# Theme 5 · Robin's personal research (vendor deep reads + sales ammunition + CRM)
This is the synthesis page for **Robin 个人研究项目** — the durable body of work Robin builds on the 4-vendor product line: vendor-paper deep reads, vendor whitepaper deep reads, sales ammunition (pricing + protocols + app notes), the China distributor map, the active CRM profile set, and the weekly work-rhythm snapshot. Output is fed back into the vendor themes ([`/themes/01-organoid-equipment.md`](/themes/01-organoid-equipment.md) and [`/themes/02-bioprinting.md`](/themes/02-bioprinting.md)) and into `/commitments.md`.

## Literature deep-read (LDR) pipeline
The 4-27 SOP (referenced from `/sources/ldr-report-template.md` and `/sources/2026-07-27-4-27-sop-vs-implementation.md`) is the canonical research workflow Robin uses to convert a vendor-paper PDF into a publishable, indexed, cross-system deep read.

The state diagram shows the canonical LDR pipeline: PDF → images → report → SeaFile → Wiki.js → NocoDB → commit. Two known operational degradations are called out: the Ollama visual-review step falls back to human review since 2026-07-17 (see [`/themes/04-local-llm.md`](/themes/04-local-llm.md)), and the Cellink library `已精读` SingleSelect is a NocoDB bug that blocks PATCH (workaround documented in the SOP-vs-implementation file).

The pipeline is **vendor-balanced** — CelVivo, 3Brain, Cellink each have a recent deep read, and the 2026-08-08 flywheel-sync adds **3 papers spanning all 3 primary vendors + the retinal organoid application domain** (Sharma), all 3 rated 4-5 on at least one vendor's product line. The 2026-08-10 cluster is **process discipline** (Phase A metadata batch + first MOC creation + Wang 2024 alt-description sample), not new external evidence — the 6 deep-reads already existed on `main`; the 3 commits only normalize their metadata and add a knowledge-graph index layer. The **first entry in the new NocoDB table `Robin_Picked_Papers`** is Liu 2026 (created 2026-08-08 per Robin instruction to capture papers Robin hand-picks / provides outside the regular PubMed triage).
